In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for providing turnkey engineering design (feasibility analysis and technical drawings), systems installation, and commissioning. This position will be based in South Korea with some overseas travel possible.

Job Description
Provide pre-sales support to evaluate project viability and develop preliminary designs
Utilize software and tools to generate and simulate system designs and to provide specification of hardware and components
Coordinate the design of multiple projects simultaneously
Manage the design, permitting and installation of commercial solar electric power systems (turnkey solution). This includes performing site qualification visits, feasibility studies, developing electrical and structural system designs, BOM, mounting details, monitoring systems, developing the necessary design drawing sets, overseeing the permitting submission and procurement process, and supporting the submission of interconnection applications and system commissioning – design to costs
Manage the submission of drawings to the appropriate agency in order to obtain the necessary permits to allow for construction of PV systems
Coordinate development of a bill of material for each project based on the final approved design
Coordinate on-site project planning, installations, quality inspections and performance testing
Work with systems integrators and mechanical and engineering contractors to ensure functionality of PV systems
Supervise inspection of system installations in order to obtain final inspection approval
Test, analyze, and repair defective inverters and implement monitoring systems covering large-scale and commercial On-grid system designs
Provide and oversee operations and maintenance support
Continuous Improvement: Provide efficient and cost effective ways of installing PV systems and actively keep abreast of technology development of relevant components
Qualifications
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Engineering graduate with specific understanding of PV systems, both large-scale and commercial applications.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and self-motivated, especially in a start-up environment
Working experience in PV systems design and working knowledge of PV modules, inverter technologies, tracking systems and monitoring systems
Ability to read and understand architectural plans and schematics
Proficient in MS-Office and PV systems design software
Proficient English language ability

상업적 태양광발전소 시스템 (턴키 솔루션) 설계, 허가 및 설치에 관한 관리. 사업지 타당성 조사 방문, 사업성 분석, 전기 및 구조 시스템 설계, BOM, 마운팅 시스템 세부사항, 모니터링 시스템 개발 추진, 필요한 설계 도면 구축 추진, 허가관련 서류 접수 및 조달 부품의 물류 프로세스 감독 그리고 내부 전력 연계 및 시스템 계통연계 관련 서류 제공 등의 업무 지원 – 포괄적으로 설계에서 원가 관리 부분까지 지원
태양광 시스템 건설 허가 획득에 필요한 관련 부서에 제공할 설계 도면 관리
최종 허가된 설계도면을 토대로 제품 관리 목록 개발에 필요한 조율
현장 프로젝트 기획, 설치, 품질 감리 및 퍼포먼스 테스팅 조율
태양광 시스템의 확실한 작동을 확보하기 위한 시스템 인테그레이터, 기술자 및 엔지니어링 계약업체들과의 협업
최종 검수 승인 획득을 위한 시스템 설치 감리 감독
문제있는 인버터의 테스트, 원인 분석 및 수리 및 대규모 혹은 상업형 계통연계형 시스템 설계에 필요한 모니터링 시스템 설치 및 실행
운영 및 유지를 위한 지원 제공 및 감독
지속 개선 및 개발: 태양광시스템을 설치하는데 필요한 효율적이고 효과적인 원가 절감 방안 제공 및 관련 부품들에 대한 관련 기술에 대한 지속적이고 적극적인 업데이트
- Qualifications(지원 필요 사항)
전기 기술 및 관련 영역의 학사 및 석사 학위 소지
대규모 및 상업 태양광 발전 시스템의 특정한 이해를 지니고 있는 엔지니어링 영역 학위 소지
사업 최초 시작 시점에서 최소의 관린 감독하에서 자발적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 능력 및 자기 동기부여가 가능 해야함
태양광발전 시스템 설계 경험 및 태양광 모듈, 인버터 기술, 추적시스템 및 모니터링 시스템에 대한 현장 지식과 경험을 갖춰야 함
건축 계획 및 개요 내용을 읽고 이해할 수 있어야 함
MS-Office 및 태양광시스템 디자인 소프트웨어에 능숙해야 함
